What I do

I handle each engagement myself. There is no account manager between us and no junior staff doing the work.

I rebuild outdated websites without throwing away the search rankings they already have. After launch, I can maintain the site, publish content, improve how it appears in Google and AI answers, and build AI tools for intake or routine work. The domain, code, content, and accounts stay in your name.

Technical Consulting for Law Firms

When a case turns on technology, I work for the attorney. I read the discovery, interpret carrier and platform records, and explain what the records show in writing. The engagement is structured with work-product protection in mind. I also advise firms on their own technology decisions.

Business & Startup Advisory

I advise startups and business owners on pitch decks, financial projections, competitive analysis, go-to-market strategy, and architecture reviews. I read the deck, the contract, and the codebase myself, so the business, legal, and technical questions get answered by the same person.

Omni Physical & Aquatic Therapy

A physical, aquatic, and chiropractic therapy practice with five Connecticut offices. I rebuilt the Squarespace site as a bilingual Next.js site with an appointment-request form running on HIPAA-eligible AWS infrastructure, and I handle content and AI-search visibility for the practice.

The LoRicco Law Firm

A personal injury and criminal defense firm that has practiced in New Haven since 1956. I rebuilt the outdated site as a bilingual Next.js site, kept the URLs and rankings it already had, and added a compliance-reviewed blog and pages for the surrounding towns. I also handle the firm's content and AI-search visibility.

How I work

Diagnose Clarify Build Improve.

The same four steps apply whether the engagement is a website, a training, a case, or a business plan.

Diagnose

Most engagements start with a written review of what's there: a technical memo, a website findings report, a workflow audit, or a read on a business plan.

Clarify

I explain what I found and what I'd do about it, in plain English and ranked by impact. The recommendation goes in writing so you can act on it or get a second opinion.

Build

Then I do the work: the memo, the website or the agent, the deck, or the training session.

Improve

For ongoing work, I monitor the system, handle updates, and revisit it when the underlying needs change.

The Studio

I also build and shipmy own apps.

Four are live on the App Store and six are in development. I build them and handle App Store review, subscriptions, analytics, and support. That work informs the product advice I give clients.

I practiced law, consulted for startups, and then moved into building production software. The services on this page grew out of problems people kept bringing me. Their firm website had stopped bringing in work. Their team bought AI tools but never used them. Their case turned on carrier records. Their business plan needed a straight read.
