I'm a Connecticut attorney and software engineer. I rebuild and run websites and AI systems for law firms and small businesses, train lawyers and their staff on AI, consult with counsel on the technology in their cases, take on contract research and drafting for law firms, and advise startups and small businesses. You work with me directly from the first call to the finished work.
01 · Services
I handle each engagement myself. There is no account manager between us and no junior staff doing the work.
I rebuild outdated websites without throwing away the search rankings they already have. After launch, I can maintain the site, publish content, improve how it appears in Google and AI answers, and build AI tools for intake or routine work. The domain, code, content, and accounts stay in your name.
You own the site and accounts
Training for lawyers and small-business teams on what AI tools do well, where they fail, and how to use them without creating a compliance problem. The sessions use examples from the systems I build and run every day.
Staff who use the tools
When a case turns on technology, I work for the attorney. I read the discovery, interpret carrier and platform records, and explain what the records show in writing. The engagement is structured with work-product protection in mind. I also advise firms on their own technology decisions.
Analysis counsel can use
Firms bring me in when they need another attorney on a matter without making a hire. I take on legal research, research memos, and drafting, and I return work your attorneys can review and use. I'm admitted in Connecticut.
Extra capacity when you need it
I advise startups and business owners on pitch decks, financial projections, competitive analysis, go-to-market strategy, and architecture reviews. I read the deck, the contract, and the codebase myself, so the business, legal, and technical questions get answered by the same person.

03 · Process
The same four steps apply whether the engagement is a website, a training, a case, or a business plan.
Most engagements start with a written review of what's there: a technical memo, a website findings report, a workflow audit, or a read on a business plan.
I explain what I found and what I'd do about it, in plain English and ranked by impact. The recommendation goes in writing so you can act on it or get a second opinion.
Then I do the work: the memo, the website or the agent, the deck, or the training session.
For ongoing work, I monitor the system, handle updates, and revisit it when the underlying needs change.
04 · Studio
Five are live on the App Store, one is in App Review, and eight more are in development. I build them and handle App Store review, subscriptions, analytics, and support. That work informs the product advice I give clients.

I practice law, consult for startups and small businesses, and build production software and AI systems. The services on this page grew out of problems people kept bringing me. Their firm website had stopped bringing in work. Their team bought AI tools but never used them. Their case turned on carrier records. Their business plan needed a straight read.

Consulting work for counsel is structured with privilege and work-product protection in mind. I don't turn those matters into marketing material or publish case studies about them.
You'll get a direct answer on what the records show, what's broken, what it costs to fix, and what AI can and can't do for you, including when the answer is that you don't need me.
A rebuild shouldn't cost you the search rankings you spent years earning. I inventory your URLs, rankings, and content before anything changes, and the migration is planned around keeping them.
The domain, code, content, analytics, and accounts are set up in your name from the first day. If we part ways, you keep a working system and everything needed to run it.
